Who are you, and what do you do?
My name is Caitlin O’Connor. I am an actress in Los Angeles. I was born in Beverly Hills and raised in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. I’ve been acting and modeling professionally for five years.
What forms of media have influenced you the most?
Growing up, television, movies, fashion magazines and music had a great influence on me. As an only child, I would entertain myself with these forms of media to pass the time and learn about the world around me. Some of my favorite TV shows were Buffy the Vampire Slayer, MTVs TRL, Dawson’s Creek, and Charmed. I also loved The Spice Girls and N*sync as a kid. As I got a bit older I loved to listen to bands like Incubus and Switchfoot as well as hip hop artists like Snoop Dogg and Jay-Z. My favorite movies as a kid were Clueless and Vanilla Sky.
What hardware / software do you use?
My daily routine has me using my iPad air which I bought in South Africa and my cell phone – a Samsung Note 4.
What would be your dream creative setup?
Home in bed with my view of the Hollywood Hills. It’s relaxing and encourages introspection and peace.
