Who are you, and what do you do?

My name is Mia Wright. I’m a wife to a NBA player, mother of two sons, CEO of Scrapes & Gravel Inc., Executive Director of D Wright Way Foundation and admitted Michael Jackson stan. At times I feel like the Goddess Durga, visually speaking, as I balance my many different roles, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Challenges are seen as gifted opportunities for me to discover new information, personal strength and spiritual growth.

What forms of media have influenced you the most?

Music has always been my biggest inspiration and a huge part of my life. I was in an R&B group as a kid up through adolescence and it left the greatest impression on me. The music business groomed me into the professional I am today.

What hardware / software do you use?

Losing my laptop would be comparable to losing a limb. If I’m not reviewing Scrapes & Gravel’s latest look-book images on my MacBook Pro, I’m responding to emails on my IPhone 6. I keep it basic with software usage. Good ‘ol Microsoft Office, Shopify, Lettuce, Dropbox & Adobe Acrobat Pro pretty much handle my day to day tasks.

What would be your dream creative setup?

There are endless moods and visuals that inspire me, but my inner BE-ing is where true creativity is birthed.
