Who are you, and what do you do?
Ooh, the lifelong question, “Who am I?” A trick question indeed. I am many things. I am a mother of 2 kids and a dog, I am a wife, a business owner, a friend, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, an animal lover, a not-so-closet hippie, recovering tomboy and a dreamer.
I guide people back to themselves. I’ve seen in our lives how we search for truths outside of ourselves, convinced that everyone or someone must have the right answer for us. At some point we realize that this is a futile expedition because all along, the truth was within ourselves, we just don’t know how to access it. It is my job to help people to uncover those personal truths and assist them in transcending their own limits. And I’m about to launch a podcast called The Cosmos In You where I interview experts in the scientific community to explain the relation between the universe and ourselves.

What would be your dream creative setup?
To get inspired, I need three things music, movement and nature. Going for a hike while listening to tunes is a magic elixir for me. I have built it into my schedule because that is where it all happens.
Once I’m inspired and need to get to work, I need to have Spotify on my headphones and be in a quiet space where I won’t be disturbed – my office which has a big window that looks out to a beautiful hill. Or on an airplane (which is where I am writing this right now).
